Know your rights!

In Virginia you have the right to have your vehicle repaired at any collision center you choose. Don't be pressured into thinking you have to take your car to the repair shop the insurance company "suggests." It's your choice!

1. Select a repair facility that is convenient to your location.
   
   
2. Make sure you choose a repair facility that is certified by ASE and I-CAR
   
   
3. Make sure the staff is willing and able to handle your claim so you don't have to. Do you really want to talk to the insurance company every day until your car is finished? The repair shop can handle that for you.
